Hey, you guys probably rarely see this so I thought a little encouragement would be nice.

THANKS FOR YOUR HARD WORK!

I know we're all paying you for it, but we still appreciate it, and for the very minor bumps here and there (to be expected) you guys put out a great product and great service.

THANKS TEAM SKRITTER!

Jesse

A) Agreed.

B) Jesse! I didn't know you were on Skritter. Welcome, indeed!

bennyboyk   June 22nd, 2011 10:08a.m.

Also agreed. It's a great product and there's still plenty of room for improvement and new features, especially looking forward for iPhone app!

Redouble effort!

I agree that there is not enough praise on this forum... Thanks Skritter Gods for literally changing my life!!

Keep up the good work!

Byzanti   June 22nd, 2011 8:05p.m.

Couldn't do Chinese without it.

Jack80   June 22nd, 2011 11:55p.m.

Hey PangLong (is that your Chinese name...? Cuz that'd be REALLY funny if it was, and even MORE funny if the teachers at the kindergarten gave it to you before you knew any Chinese)! Didn't know you were on either! :)

Hey Nicki! Is that the character for your surname?... :)

I wonder how many other friends I have on Skritter...

ChrisClark   June 23rd, 2011 6:37a.m.

Thanks for the kind words!

Nicki   June 23rd, 2011 8:58a.m.

Ha no I'd have no chance of ever remembering how to write that! My Chinese name is 谢敏.

I agree with all the positive feedback. I think you guys should write a book on how to do online customer support. There should be a special section on ways to say "no" without pissing people off.

I´m with you all, guys on the great tool and it´s support. My son is also very happy with Skritter. I even found out the hard way, that the theory behind is working, because I had forgotten so many Hanzis which had run beyond the forgetting timepoint while I was walking Camino de Santiago. Happily I have recovered those and slowly climbing again. Just bought an air ticket so there´s extra motivation, too.

Kai Carver   June 23rd, 2011 4:08p.m.

I agree with @James, the customer support/rapport/community is very good and worth documenting!

Zeppa   June 26th, 2011 3:55a.m.

Yes, Skritter is absolutely fantastic. I knew computers and the internet offered better methods nowadays, but I had not imagined something like this. What I especially like is the writing and pronunciation practice, but of course it all depends on being kept up to date, and on the ease of modifying the way you practise.

I second Jack80's words!! Though the system itself must be complicated, it's quite reliable and the customer support is very good as well! That the Skritter guys like their work shines through the whole site

Mandarinboy   June 26th, 2011 4:34a.m.

The site is amazing but even more amazing is the customer support. Never met any site with better customer care than this. From an language perspective i learn tons more and faster on skritter compared to any other resource. Amazing. This is really a fantastic return for the bucks. On top of this it is also fun. I am looking forward to my daily skritter sessions and it has been an natural part of my daily routine. I can't think of eating breakfast without skritter. My wife is equally happy since I now finally remembers some 汉字. This is the only site that I gladly pay to use since I get so much in return.
