Today I tried to study one of my cram lists and the flash application would not appear. When I tried to submit feedback using the link provided on that page I saw the error about loading the Flash application.

1) What version of Flash player do you have? (You can try updating to the latest one).
2) Are you located in China? (You can try loading it from www.skritter.cn instead of www.skritter.com).
3) If you clear your cache, does it work?
4) Can you try it it another browser?
5) You don't have JavaScript disabled, do you?
6) It worked before, right? Did anything change with your computer setup?
7) Can you do the demo or view the learn more video?
